IP-Massage Membership Club – Terms & Conditions

• Minimum Term
  The membership has a 3-month minimum term. By joining, you agree to pay for the full 3-month period regardless of session usage.
• Payments
  Payments are collected monthly by direct debit or card subscription.
  The first payment is taken on the 20th of the month, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Rollover
  Unused sessions roll over for 30 days. After 30 days, any unused sessions expire automatically and cannot be refunded or transferred.
• Cancellation
  After the minimum 3-month term, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice sent by email to the clinic.
  Verbal or telephone cancellations are not accepted.
• Booking
  Members receive priority booking for evening and weekend appointments. Priority access does not guarantee availability for any specific date or time.
• Transferable
  Memberships and sessions can be transferred to friends or family
• Refunds
  Payments are non-refundable once collected.
• Missed Appointments
  The clinic’s standard cancellation policy applies. Sessions missed without the 24 hours notice are deducted from your membership allowance.
• Annual Movement Screen
  One physiotherapist-led movement screen is included per membership year.
• Founding Member Rates
  Founding Member rates are locked for 12 months from the date of joining. After 12 months, your membership may renew at the standard rate.
• Right to Amend
  Instant Physio reserves the right to amend these terms. Members will be notified in writing if changes are made.
